Please take a few minutes to read the terms and conditions for our service:

Reservations: We only accept reservations up to 12 hours before the desired transfer date. For last-minute transfer reservations, please contact us directly.

Cancellations and changes to the booking must be made 12 hours before your arrival.

Payments: You can pay the driver directly. Payments to the driver can be made in cash (only in euros) or by card upon arrival at the destination.

If your transfer is a return journey, please pay the full remaining balance upon arrival at your destination. The name of the lead booking is responsible for the final payment.

Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be received in writing at our email address arlbergtransfer@gmail.com at least 12 hours before the day of your first scheduled transfer.

Cancellations that comply with the above conditions will be refunded using the same payment method and currency as at the time of purchase.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the agreed transfer date shown on your booking voucher will NOT be considered a return.

Luggage: We will bring two pieces of luggage per person. Additional or special luggage (e.g., golf clubs, skis, Harts Bowl ski cases, bicycles) must be disclosed at the time of booking. We cannot be responsible for transporting any additional luggage that has not been declared.

Insurance and guarantees

We are a fully licensed Austrian taxi transfer company. Our company is fully insured and holds all the insurance policies required under Austrian law through an international insurance company. The transfer passenger and their luggage are fully insured.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by external reasons (e.g. weather conditions and traffic).

Miscellaneous

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse transport to clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or to those deemed a risk to our driver.

We reserve the right to refuse transport for your group due to health and safety regulations if you do not recommend a booster seat or baby seat before the trip. We reserve the right to leave your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre-arranged pick-up time if a member of your group fails to inform our driver of your delay. The company reserves the right to change the model of the booked car or van without prior notification to the passenger.

We will wait at the airport for about an hour after your landing time.

Should there be a problem with your luggage, we will inform you by having a member of your group find us upon arrival, and we will gladly wait for you until the problem is resolved.

Any legal proceedings against the company will take place in the District Court of Landeck, Austria.
